Bill Amodeo is very professional and knowledgeable. Every question I had he provided a detailed explanation. I got in and out fast, got my LR2 loaner vehicle, and Bill kept me informed the entire time they worked on the car Thursday 5/09 and Friday 5/10. After getting my 2011 LR4 back on Friday afternoon, I purchased some rubber mats and Jeff Stone saw me paying for them at the cashier, and he was super nice and installed them for me. The Parts department sales person was also super nice, and the cashier was very friendly and professional as always. It makes bringing the car in for service a pleasure. I have a BMW and the service team at BMW is typically hard to beat however I have found my experience at Land Rover to be friendlier and more down-to-earth than BMW.
