“I purchased a L.R. Range Rover Evoque and the salesman (Noel K.) was just fantastic. No pressure, no gimmicks and a overall a super easy buying experience. About 2 weeks prior I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and then he went to work. He found a couple of cars and we drove them all. After picking the white one with black top and cream colored interior, he went to work for me on his sales manager and got me the car at the price I was exactly what I was hoping for... A couple of weeks after I got the car, I had some aluminum look pedals installed and the new Shop Manager Chris Weston took great care of me. I got to drive an equivalent vehicle for a day or so and they even detailed my car afterwards! The best part... I must have had 4- 5 phone calls and emails asking how my experience was? and how as a company they could improve /make my experience better...! “ I'm on my 3rd Land Rover and have always had them all serviced at LR San Diego (fka Pioneer Centers back in the day....). My most recent service experience was with John C. He was so helpful. My car wouldn't start and I had to have it towed in on a Saturday, he had a loaner car waiting for me and from there, John kept me in the loop with regular communications on status, was quick to answer all of my questions via email and had my car back by the end of the next business day. “ Although I live in Los Angeles and attempted to make a reservation for a 30k service through Hornburg (they never returned my call), I frequently go to San Diego to see family and friends. It was on a recent occasion that I contacted John at San Diego Land Rover for an appointment.John greeted me shortly after my arrival and was professional, engaging and thorough. He carefully reiterated my concerns (I had just purchased the car from out of state and there were several small problems that needed fixing) and outlined any and all costs. He then sent me an email to update me on the cars' condition (a thorough checklist of what they had done and found to be wrong with the car) and offered my a loaner car. I had a friend come pick me up for lunch and really didn't need a loaner.I was so pleased when I returned from lunch: John walked me back to the mechanic's station and the technician went through every detail of what was done. I received a second report when I left that outlined everything about the car and recommendations for future maintenance.John and San Diego Range Rover are the best and I'm glad I made the 100 mile journey to have my car serviced by them! ” Brian L 6/15
