My family and I were coming in from Arizona when we had car troubles. We called your store and were accommodated immediately. John our service advisor got us in right away due to our situation, had a service tech go on a drive with us who was great. His preliminary diagnosis was spot on. John knowing our situation got us a loaner car when one wasn't readily available, ordered our parts needed and had our car ready earlier then I expected. I had hoped for noon on Saturday the 23rd and was notified around 10am that the service was complete. Overall my family and I were very pleased and blessed that our visit went so well. If I could I would plan all of our trips around getting our car serviced at your dealership over North Scottsdale. Thank you so very much!

Being very busy with work, it is difficult for me to get in for service, and he was very considerate of my time and accommodating. Not sure if it was coincidence or not, but I liked how he reviewed my service once again when I was checking out at the cashier, as well as walking me out to my vehicle to pick it up.

He is very patient and thoughtful with my questions and responds to me in a timely manner. He also leaves such great voicemails that all my questions are answered. I also appreciate how he makes sure I have a Land Rover loaner vehicle because that means a lot to me because it saves me the anxiety of not having my personal car. I would also like to thank the staff when I picked up my car when it was ready. I called ahead to let them know I have to make it quick so that I can run to a Dr. appointment in time and it was the smoothest exchange/pick up ever. I really appreciate them having my car ready to go and the paperwork. It was awesome and saved me from coming back later and dealing with traffic. I also wanted to get the loaner back sooner so someone else could appreciate it the way I do.

Your dealership is exceptional. My Rover Sport had a mechanical failure while my family and I were on vacation from N. Cal. Your parts department staff were friendly and informed, but when my attempted fix (new battery) didn't solve my problems, your John Cabaguing really saved the day. I didn't have an appointment and it was Friday of a holiday week, but John fit me in for a diagnosis of my car right away. After a short wait in your reception area, John gave me a thorough report on the car's condition, a fair repair estimate and even set me up with a nice loaner vehicle. Moreover, my car was done earlier than promised and my family and I were back on the road only hours after first visiting the dealership. Thank you for everything. When it's time for me to swap my Sport for a new full-size Rover, I will work with your sales department. Not only is my local dealership (Cole European) very unpleasant to deal with, your shop has earned my business, notwithstanding the distance. Again, I can't thank John and your team enough.
