Loved this location and my experience here. I do not feel like anyone was trying to sale me on anything, but made me feel comfortable to ask questions and look at the cars I went in to see. My sales representative was Will Foster, who made the lease of a new RR so easy. I give him full credit for my deciding to lease a new RR, since I had been to another dealer who overcomplicated the price and transaction. I have leased four RRs over the years and this new one is clearly the best. It arrived early and was exactly the way I had designed and envisioned it. Today I took my Range Rover to get the brakes lines checked (recall) and while it was getting fixed they notified me of a dangerous problem that they found caused from prior (out of state) garage. I was informed that the prior mechanic had stripped a wheel retention nut on the front axle. John informed me that he didn't want me to continue to drive with the safety issue. That to me was one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered in the auto industry hands down.
Everyone there has always been super helpful when I've had concerns or receiving service repairs. Whenever I have an issue with my vehicle that needs to be addressed Veronica has been efficient and my concerns are addressed very promptly. She's also very pleasant and professional. I recently had service done to my vehicle and I wasn't totally happy with turned out through a 3rd party vendor... they made sure to get it redone at no cost to me and it turned out awesome.
